I can't find anyone that has posted a success with the dual-intensity LED circuit, including Jaak. I went though the main thread on the flexible LEDs, but I don't see any progress on this subject and there haven't been any new posts in a while. This LED circuit elements will allow you to convert a single-intensity signal into a dual running and turn signal light. With this circuit element, the light works with full intensity in running mode and flashes with full off when the turn signal is activated, giving a high contrast noticeable effect.
